IVideo stated in August 2018 that they would "take care" of my unused portion of the bill, but when I returned it they said they could not refund any portion of my $446 bill. I ended up going through Europe just with local SIM cards in each country. The customer service was rude, and tried to walk me through some Chinese menus that I couldn't understand, and the technology they gave me turned out to be very antiquated. The 300MB/day plan I was on basically covered me booting up my computer and loading emails, after which the 4G/LTE speed turned to a completely unusable snail's pace (0.01Mbps). Then after HOURS of back and forth using Whatsapp with iVideo customer support, they said I should take the SIM out of the device, then put it in my phone, after which it worked. I was forced to buy a local phone, and then a local SIM card (cost me over $900).
